On Prasuti's suggestion, Parvati and Mahadev go to Daruk Forest and spend some romantic time with each other. But Parvati hears some crying sounds and becomes worried. She sees some rishis and their wives in the forest. Parvati learns from the ladies that their husbands have started comparing themselves to the god. The rishis claim to be the deities of Daruk Forest as their wives glorify them as god. Dhumralochan attacks on the deities and they seek Maharshi Dadhichi's help.
