For six weeks, Simon King and Jonathan Scott have lived amongst the lions, leopards and cheetahs of Kenya's magnificent Masai Mara. Every morning before dawn, they have left the camp in search of the big cats. Simon's priorities are two female cheetahs, Fundi and Kidogo. Jonathan tracks Half-Tail the leopard. Leopards are elusive, but Half-Tail has been located most mornings, often up a tree with her cub. Her daughter Beauty, is with a male leopard and the pair are mating. The Marsh pride of lions are having a lean time. Now that the heavy rains have dispersed the prey, the lionesses are hungry and their young cubs face an uncertain future.
