When several prostitutes turn up dead on the banks of the Genessee River, Rochester police conclude they're facing a serial killer. FBI special agent Gregg McCreary is brought on to develop a profile of the offender. He paints a picture of an unassuming man with a violent streak, capable of hiding in plain sight. As more victims are discovered Investigators learn that the perpetrator returns to the bodies of his victims after the kill. Can they catch him before he strikes again?
