In 1979 sixteen-year-old Cindy Schaeffer disappears from Los Angeles without a trace. Soon after, another teenage girl, Lynette Ledford, is found is found naked a strangled to death on a front yard. LA police determine they're dealing with two reckless and sexually motivated killers. When a survivor steps forward and identifies the suspects police impound their van. Inside they find chilling evidence of the killers' reign of terror.
