Weasel investigates the strange habits of I. R., who keeps changing his habitat due to unknown reasons. Red's role: A reporter that interviews Weasel in jail. There's also a red guy fishing in the water. Also he has another role at the end, but it will spoil the hilarous end gag of this cartoon.
