Hugo wants to be like other famous people and have a flower named after him. He orders Merlin to create a huge red rose named the "Sublime Hugo”. But the dragon has hay fever, and scorches every plant he sees. So Hugo is counting on Franklin Stein to get rid of the big reptile. How? By creating an irresistible lady dragon with whom the dragon will fall in love, get married, and move away. Sure enough, Stein creates a lady dragon... but is she really the perfect mate?
