Punchline - Why did the Chicken Cross the Road?

Punchline host Ted Foppel tries to get to the bottom of the question of why did the chicken cross the road. Fobbel interviews Pinky and the Brain who argue with each other and speculate about conspiracy theories. Later Fobbel interviews criminologist Dr. Henry Peckaboo and discovers that he is really Chicken Boo. Fobbel realizes that the chicken crossed the road to get to the television studio.
