Ebony promises to deliver the goods if Ned takes the Guardian to Moz, and Ned reluctantly accepts the task. KC tries to return the necklace, but the trader won't do refunds and instead he gets KC into even more of a trouble. Alice and May admit that both of their love lives have taken a turn for the better. Ned's knocked out by the Guardian once outside the Mall. Bray gives an election speech to the city, but ends up losing his touch when he learns that the Guardian is no longer at the Mall. Pride suspects Ned, and Alice doesn't appreciate it. The Mall Rats realize that Bray's chances to win the election are slim to none, and Luke comes up with the idea of putting Ebony in her place. Ebony perfectly pretends not to care about the place, but she gives in to Bray's demands after he tells her that he believes she has changed for the better. Trudy helps Amber gain strength as they wait for their rescue. The Guardian promises to spare Ned's life if he reveals where Trudy is.
