As the Sonic craze spreads, Thorndyke Industries appliances become less than perfect as workers quit to copy their hero. At the same time, Eggman, Decoe and Bocoe are repairing the machines. Eggman puts a chip on them which makes them crazy and evil to seek revenge on Sonic. While Sonic and his friends are attacked by the machines, Emerl begins to copy his Spindash. Water sprays and the machines get damaged. The others arrive and Sonic finds out Eggman is to blame. The machines dry the water, and Sonic runs to city to rescue people from machines, while Tails, Amy and Nelson go to get water supplies. Meanwhile, Bokkun rescues Eggman, Decoe and Bocoe. Sonic spots Knuckles battling with the machines. Tails, Amy and Nelson repair the water, but the machines are damaged the dam. Sonic and Knuckles get too tired, but their friends save the day.
