The deranged Caped Cod has escaped and vows to destroy Petropolis by melting the Rhode Island-sized Ice Bird Iceberg and flooding the city. Dudley's not sure who the real enemy is - the Caped Cod or the pants Dudley has to wear to stay warm enough to defeat him.
