Hammy finds a cork floating downstream and decides to make a toy boat out of it. GP sees it and wants one too, as does Turtle, Martha.... and everybody else who comes along. Hammy's exhausted from building so many toy boats, and since everybody's arguing about whose boat is the fastest, he decides to hold a race.... a wild and woolly event which is naturally won by Wind.
