Timothy Tortoise and his Do-it-Yourself Circus come to town, and all the animals participate in helping him set up the main tent, and performing as clowns, high-wire artists, and in other dazzling displays. GP parachutes from his aeroplane trailing smoke behind him, and Hammy is elected to be shot out of the cannon..... with amazing results.
