Sandwich specials include the Southern Piggy with housemade bourbon barbeque sauce and roasted peppers ‘n corn and the Porker with Goat Gouda cheese and apple ‘n sage sausage. Then we get a taste of Pakistan from the Rickshaw Stop in San Antonio, Texas where locals are going crazy for their Boti Tikka Chicken kabob. Next, we are in Miami, Florida for Cuban cuisine at the Cuban Cube truck sampling a Shrimp Ceviche served in a Fried Plantain Bowl, and a Garlic Flank Steak Sandwich with Fresh Pico De Gallo and Cilantro Mayonnaise. Lastly, we're in Austin, Texas at the Ice Cream Social bus to try their supersized sundae, The Bajillionaire, featuring eight kinds of ice cream and enough toppings to fill a freezer.
